Once availability has been confirmed, you will select your preferred rental duration. At this time, you will also choose your color palette and provide the personalized birth details for your custom stork display.
A service agreement and invoice will be sent for your review. Your reservation will be secured upon completion of the agreement and payment.
On your scheduled delivery date, Ivory Stork will arrive with your fully customized display, professionally installed and styled. All deliveries are completed on the contracted date.
At the conclusion of your rental period, Ivory Stork will return to carefully remove the display by 5:00pm.

All rentals include a card that is delivered to their mailbox. The card's content is custom to whatever message you wish to include.
We kindly ask that you do not touch your rental once it has been installed. If the placement of the rental needs to be in a certain place, please communicate that upon booking. Once installed, if the rental needs to be moved please contact Ivory Stork at hello@ivorystorkok.com.
All travel and installation fees are included in the total cost of the collection. Collection pricing can be found under the "PRICING" page on our website.
Though the arrival dates of your little ones are unknown, we suggest inquiring as soon as you are able to. It is our goal to have Ivory Stork installed prior to the family coming home from the hospital!
We kindly ask that any lawn care around the rental be done as carefully as possible. Our storks are hand made and hand painted, so we hope to keep to protect them best we can.
Please double-check all of the baby’s information before finalizing your order. Once the order has been produced, information can be changed with a $25 recreation fee.
We are proud to provide our storks to Tulsa, Sand Springs, Owasso, Jenks, Sapulpa, Broken Arrow, Glenpool and Bixby.
We will provide a full refund if you cancel your order on the same day you executed the service agreement. If inclement weather delays your delivery, you may choose to reschedule for the next available date once conditions improve. Please note that refunds will not be issued for weather-related delays; only rescheduling will be offered.
